Supported Auth Types for Custom Integration

When you create a new Integration with the Aisera platform, you have a choice of authorization types.

Since the Settings > Integrations command allows you to set the Aisera platform to log into an integrated agent, application, or bot, this is where you choose the type of authentication that the is required for the integration. The integrations for many of the enterprise software programs that you can add Aisera bots, agents, or applications to, are preconfigured within the platform, so you just have to add the credentials from your enterprise application to allow the Aisera platform to access your data. Then you can go to the Data Sources command and configure the way you want the data to be accessed by Aisera.

After setting up the authentication part of the integration, users can log in to the agent you created, their authentication credentials will be passed through to the Aisera application, agent, or bot as well..

Auth Types for Generic Connections

If you are connecting your Aisera platform to an enterprise application that is not listed (pre-configured) in the Settings > Integrations > + New Integration list, you can create a generic integration using one of the supported Auth Types, discussed in this section.

Each of the supported authorization types is described in a separate section.
