Pushing Log Information to External Systems
If you need to push log information from the Aisera platform to an external (3rd party) system, you can set up the data flow using the Event Studio. To export log data:
Select Settings > Event Studio from the left navigation menu of the Aisera Administration Application.
Use the Event Studio to create a new Event Trigger. If you have not already set up an integration connection with your external system, see the Integrations and Data Sources instructions to create the integration. If your external system is not listed as an existing configuration, you can use a Generic connector.
Set the Data Type, Event Type, and Triggering Condition.
Create an Event Handler for your new Event Trigger.
Choose a Workflow where you want to use your Event Handler. When you see the Success! message, you have created the Event Trigger.
Now switch to the AI Workflows window, by choosing the Fallback link in the Event Trigger display (see the line in the screenshot above).
The Workflow Details window displays the current Fallback flow. Add your new Event Trigger to this flow to complete the process to push the data out to your 3rd party audit system.
