# Crafting the Conversation

Before you start editing your default bot Converations, take a few minutes to create a conversation design that maps out what users can do in your bot. This design should consider what your users are likely to request, the bot domain and ontology of your use case, and the technological constraints of the channel you've chosen.

As you curate the conversation, you need to define the request, follow-up (disambiguation) questions, and fulfillment flow. Then use the AI Workflow Studio to set up the Conversation flow and define the underlying logic in a detailed Workflow or Hyperflow that represents the complete user experience.
