List of Pre-Mapped Integrations

The following list represents the Integrations that are supported by the Aisera Gen AI platform.

This means that for the data systems listed below, the connections are pre-mapped, meaning that the data fields for each of these systems are mapped to the fields that the Aisera Gen AI platform needs to use to perform required tasks.

NOTE: This information is subject to change, as we do not control these 3rd Party Product offerings.

Supported Integrations

The following list includes Data Sources where the fields have been pre-mapped to the Aisera Gen AI platform. This means that you only have to map custom fields or additional fields for customer functionality. You can also integrate Data Sources that are not included in this list, but you will then need to add an integration script that maps the fields, instead of using the pre-mapped fields in the Aisera Admin UI. Use the Generic Connector if your Data Source is not in the pre-mapped list. The table below lists the pre-mapped integrations. If the integration contains a link, it means that there are step-by-step instructions for this integration (click the link). If there are no step-by-step instructions, navigate to Settings > Integrations in the Aisera Admin UI and then search for your data source name to add the authorization credentials. Then navigate to Settings > Data Source in the Aisera Admin UI and search for your data source name to set the Data Source Configuration. The Configuration wizards are easy to follow if you have the Administrator for your Enterprise (data source) software and you know the authentication credentials for that account. NOTE: This list is subject to change as new integrations as added.
