When to Perform Document Optimization
How Document Optimization Fits into the Aisera Application Cycle
Create an application or bot.
Optimize the Knowledge Articles or Documents your want to Ingest.
Verify that the Data Source that contains your optimized documents is integrated with your Tenant. When you add a Data Source, there are many options you can use to configure your document, in Step 3 of the Add Data Source configuration.
If you want to apply a template to your documents as you ingest them, you can add the template in Step 4 of the Add Data Source configuration.
Add the integrated Data Source to your application or bot.
Navigate to Settings > System Jobs > Generic Jobs in the Aisera Admin UI.
Choose the Data Source that has been added to your bot.
Select Neural RAG Indexer to run the job.
Run your application or bot and test to see if the answers are more accurate. If not, go back and customize your documents and add more optimization features.
Repeat steps 7 and 8 until you get the results you want.
