# Input Form

This node can be used to display pre-populated values or provide fields for the users to enter some values so that each value can be passed to variables.

The example in the screenshot above shows a workflow that is provisioning a VM . This form shows field/s captured to validate the details or edit. A pre-defined value is set in the primary contact variable.
