Integrating DEX

The Aisera Gen AI Platform supports DEX use cases end-to-end and Dex tools such as Intune, Nexthink, and Lakeside. The platform can analyze and process, ingest events/alerts from DEX tools to take appropriate actions and workflows to resolve the issues for users.

Your Aisera instance comes with pre-built DEX workflows to execute and orchestrate. These can be modified and create new DEX workflows. DEX use cases range from user experience, performance issues, incident management, change management, Device issues etc.

The platform also supports DEX integration with ITSM tools and can process tickets from ITSM to take actions - these can be shared/analyzed by Aisera via APIs and alerts/notifications.
