Features

The following features have been added to the Aisera Gen AI Platform in this release.

Agent Assist

The following features have been added to Agent Assist in this release.

Feedback Requester Field in Agent Assist

The Feedback Requester field in Agent Assist allows you to identify which agent gave the positive or negative feedback for Aisera Answer and Next Best Actions.

Use case: Multiple agents might be working on a case. They may give different feedback to an Aisera Answer. Currently, you can see the latest feedback (ThumbsUp/ThumbsDown) in the UI. But there's no way to identify which agent gave that feedback.

Now you can see who left the feedback in the Feedback Reporter field of the Agent Assist Recommendations table.

Translation Providers

The following features have been added as Translation Providers in this release.

Cisco Language Translation API

You can now choose Cisco Language Translation as the translation provider for your Tenant configuration.

To use Cisco Language Translation:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Configuration.

  2. Scroll down to the Language Services tab.

  3. Choose Cisco from the Language Service Provider pulldown menu.

  4. Fill in the rest of your Cisco system credentials.

Enhancements

The following enhancements have been added to the Aisera Gen AI Platform in this release.

Aisera Admin UI

The following features have been added to the Aisera Admin UI in this release.

New Logout Button

You can now use the Logout button in the upper-right corner of the Aisera Admin UI to ensure that you completely close your browser session after using the Aisera Admin UI.

To logout:

  1. Navigate to your user name in the upper-right corner of your Aisera Admin UI.

  2. Select Logout from the pull-down menu.
