## New Features

The following features were added to the Aisera platform in this release.

### Insights Now on Generative AI Window

User Insights and Device and Applications Insights moved to the Generative AI Learning window.

## Enhancements

The following enhancements were made to the Aisera platform in this release.

### Bubble and Bar Charts for Ticket Analysis

The new Bubble  Chart enhancement allows you to view Ticket data as a bubble chart.&#x20;

The new Bar Chart enhancement allows you to view Ticket data as a horizontal bar chart.

Choose **SOR > Tickets** and then select the chart you want to view from the pull-down menu in the upper-right corner of the Tickets window.
