The following enhancements were made to the Aisera platform in this release.
The new Bubble Chart enhancement allows you to view Ticket data as a bubble chart.
The new Bar Chart enhancement allows you to view Ticket data as a horizontal bar chart.
Choose SOR > Tickets and then select the chart you want to view from the pull-down menu in the upper-right corner of the Tickets window.
