New Features
The following feature was added to the Aisera platform in this release.
1.1. Automated Publishing of Generated KB Articles to Knowledge Management Systems
The Knowledge Generation feature allows you to generate documents from tickets and automatically publish them to a configured knowledge management system as well as to the Aisera Knowledge module for fulfillment consumption.
To set Knowledge Generation publishing parameters:
Choose Gen AI Learning from the left navigation menu of the Aisera Administration application.
Select the embedded application (bot) that you want to configure.
Go to Action -> Configuration and set filter conditions to fetch the tickets for Knowledge Generation.
Select Auto Publish to have the generated document automatically uploaded to the configured knowledge management system or to Aisera for downstream consumption, or select both. Choose Manual Publish if you do not wish to publish automatically and would prefer to review and manually publish.
Choose a Generated Knowledge Template.
Click OK.
Click the Generate Knowledge button.
2. Enhancements
The following enhancements were made to the Aisera platform in this release.
2.1. Admin UI Improvements
Improved Left Hand Navigation of Admin UI to enhance User experience. The products are now classified as per their capabilities resulting in ease of navigation.

2.2. Conv AI 2.0 Citation Enhancement
The Citation feature now allows users to view reference documents for each segment of the knowledge response they receive. This enhancement provides greater transparency by clearly indicating the source documents that match the user's request.
2.3. AI Copilot
Aisera Copilot for code generation now supports code formatting and
highlighting.
AI Copilot now supports Aisera voice for text to speech translation
2.4. Connectors and Integrations
Aisera's data crawler now seamlessly integrates authenticated intranet data for a unified knowledge base to serve your user.
