## Features <a href="#heading-h.hcta1tv4lday" id="heading-h.hcta1tv4lday"></a>

No features have been added to the Aisera GenAI Platform in this release, because it is a bug-fix-only release. However, there have been a few enhancements to existing functionality.

## Enhancements <a href="#heading-h.hcta1tv4lday" id="heading-h.hcta1tv4lday"></a>

The following enhancements have been added to the Aisera GenAI Platform in this release.

### Knowledge Generation <a href="#heading-h.rwg5yf14enks" id="heading-h.rwg5yf14enks"></a>

The following enhancements have been added to **Knowledge Generation** in this release.

#### Updated Knowledge Generation Window <a href="#heading-h.apt8xt80qmfu" id="heading-h.apt8xt80qmfu"></a>

The filters in the Knowledge Generation window now include the values of **All** and **None** to be consistent with other application windows.

#### Fields Removed From Knowledge Generation Window <a href="#heading-h.msy8ejd2vidk" id="heading-h.msy8ejd2vidk"></a>

As part of the ongoing Aisera simplification initiative, the **Type**, **Intents**, and **Ratings** fields were removed from the **Knowledge Document Details** window because they were not being used by the Aisera platform in relation to this window.

The Add Content Section parameter in the Parser Tab of the tenant configuration settings (Settings > Configuration) has been removed, because it was not being used by the platform code.

#### Not Helpful Setting Now in Bot Configuration <a href="#heading-h.bd7ld1o2wm5c" id="heading-h.bd7ld1o2wm5c"></a>

After your bot is up and running, you can view specifics about each request in the Requests window of the Aisera Admin UI.

You can optimize and train your bot by modifying the fulfillment choices available to your bot to address issues that are unsolved.

Choose a request in the list that has a **Resolution** value of **Unsolved**.\
The **Request Details** window has the option to show or hide **Not Helpful** options for the **Resolution Type**.

In previous releases, the **Not Helpful** options were only configurable at the tenant level. Now you can configure these options at the bot level, so you can now use this option for some bots and not others.

**Application/Bot Level Settings**

1. Navigate to **Settings > AiseraGPT > Edit AiseraGPT (pencil icon) -> General**.
2. Enable **Not Helpful Feedback**.

**Tenant-Level Settings**\
\
Navigate to **Settings > Configuration > Conversation** to edit the option at the tenant level. This will be deprecated in the next release.

Although this will be deprecated in the next release, it works like this in the current release, so you can set your defaults for all bots.

* If you enable the **Not Helpful Feedback** option at the tenant level, it will be enabled for all bots by default, but you can disable it for specific bots.
* If you disable the **Not Helpful Feedback** at the tenant level, it will be disabled by default for all bots, but the option to enable it exists at the bot level.

After this release, the bot option will default to false (not enabled).
