# Bi-Weekly Product Release Notes - Nov 6, 2024

## Features <a href="#heading-h.3znysh7" id="heading-h.3znysh7"></a>

The following features have been added to the Aisera GenAI Platform in this release.

### System Jobs <a href="#heading-h.2et92p0" id="heading-h.2et92p0"></a>

The following features have been added to the **System Jobs** feature in this release.

#### Publish to Custom S3 Folder <a href="#heading-h.tyjcwt" id="heading-h.tyjcwt"></a>

With this release, you can specify a path to download an Audit Report (from the Aisera internal S3 folder) in the Job configuration window.

**To specify an external path for your Audit Report:**

1. Navigate to Settings >System Jobs in the Aisera Admin UI.
2. Choose the Generic Jobs tab.
3. Select + New Job.
4. Pick Aisera Assist Audit Report from the ‘**Select the jobs to create**’ pull-down list.
5. Add the path to your external folder.<br>

## Enhancements <a href="#heading-h.3dy6vkm" id="heading-h.3dy6vkm"></a>

The following enhancements have been added to the Aisera GenAI Platform in this release.

### Agent Assist <a href="#heading-h.1t3h5sf" id="heading-h.1t3h5sf"></a>

The following bug fix has been added to the **Agent Assist** feature in this release.

#### Deduplication for Predictions Breakdown Chart <a href="#heading-h.4d34og8" id="heading-h.4d34og8"></a>

With this release, we have removed duplicate field values on the **Predictions Breakdown** chart on the **Agent Assist** **> Predict and Audit** page.

Additionally, the **Predictions Breakdown** chart has been updated to include hover text that displays above the column headers.

### AI Lens <a href="#heading-h.2s8eyo1" id="heading-h.2s8eyo1"></a>

The following enhancements have been added to the **AI Lens** feature in this release.

#### Additional Debug Information for Agent Assist <a href="#heading-h.17dp8vu" id="heading-h.17dp8vu"></a>

You can now see debug information for Aisera Answer, Next Best Actions and Case Summary in AI Lens and on the Incident Details page to assist with triaging incorrect recommendations from Aisera.

### Data Export <a href="#heading-h.3rdcrjn" id="heading-h.3rdcrjn"></a>

The following enhancements have been added to the **Data Export** feature in this release.

#### Request Export Data Includes User Email <a href="#heading-h.26in1rg" id="heading-h.26in1rg"></a>

In previous releases, exported request data did not include email addresses.\
As of this release, email addresses are included.
