The Aisera Platform provides the ability to manually upload for ingestion. This provides the ability to manually select a subset of files from a variety of sources to ingest into the Aisera Platform without providing every file from all sources.
Navigate to Settings > Data Sources in the Aisera Admin UI.
Choose the + New Data Source button.
Select File Data from the Data Source options and click Next.
Name your Data Source.
Choose Knowledge Base as the Data Type.
Select Uploaded Files.
Browse for and select files to upload.
Choose On Demand for the Schedule.
All remaining configurations are optional. Select Next until the New Data Source window closes to complete the upload.
