View Policy
You can view and change the default policy configurations associated with your virtual assistant with the View Policy command.
Choose Settings > AiseraGPT, and then choose your bot from the Aisera applications shown on the page.
From the GPT summary page, choose the View Policy button.
You can change the default policies for your bot, using this dialog box.
Collapsible Policy Message in the Bot
If you’re using a Privacy Policy in your bot, you can collapse or expand the policy statement.
