Create a Universal Bot

You can create a Universal Bot the same way you create any Aisera bot.

  1. Navigate to Settings > AiseraGPT and then choose + New AiseraGPT.

  2. Create a Name for your application/bot.

  3. Choose Universal Bot in the Type field.

  1. In the Advanced tab, choose the Domains that your Universal bot will include.

  1. Create a child bot for each of the Domains that are included in your Universal Bot.

  1. Open your Universal bot and use the + Add AiseraGPT button to add your child bots to your Universal bot. Select your child bots from the search list.

  1. The child bots now appear on the Details page of your Universal bot.
