View Intents

To View Intents Associated with Your Virtual Assistant:

  1. Choose Settings > AiseraGPT, and then choose your bot from the virtual assistants shown on the page.

View Intents for your Bot

  1. Click the View App Intents link to see all of the Intents associated with your virtual assistant.

  1. Choose the Browse Intents Library to select more Intents for your virtual assistant from the Intents Library.

  1. Click the New Intent button to create a New Intent. Fill in the values for your new Intent and click the OK button.

Create New Flow

  1. Select Actions > Import and then choose the ‘Attach’ icon (paper clip) to add Intents from a file in JSON format.

Upload Custom Intents

  1. Select Actions > Export to export Intents into a JSON file. Use the checkbox to the left of an Intent to select specific Intents to export. Unlike Conversational Phrases, you cannot export all of the Intents at one time.
