Before you can add a channel to your application/bot, you need to add the channel to your Aisera tenant instance. See Channels if you have not added channels to your tenant yet.
The Markdown text format is supported only in Webchat, Webex, and Co-Pilot; other channels treat content as HTML. Therefore, LLM responses are formatted as HTML for all channels where the Markdown format is not supported.
To Add a Channel:
Choose Settings > AiseraGPT, and then choose your bot from the virtual assistants shown on the page.
Add a Channel
Select a channel from the list box, and click the OK button.

Now you can see your new channel on the Details page.
