Welcome to the Aisera Product Documentation Portal!
The Product Documentation includes step-by-step instructions that describe how to create bots, use APIs, and administer your Aisera Gen AI software platform. The content on this portal includes Integration, Ingestion, Workflow, and Role Access setup steps. See the following section for instructions on How to Navigate the Product Documentation.

Once you have opened a topic within the documentation, you can navigate to the other sections using the Chapter pull-down list (1) in the upper-left area of the window, or you can type in a topic or search term in the upper-right Search field (2).
Each of the Aisera Product offerings (applications and bots) has a specific section that includes setup and useage information for that bot.
The Platform section of the documentation describes how to use the Aisera Admin UI to customize and maintain your application or bot configuration.
Release Notes describe new features that are added to the product with every release. If you have the documentation open in a browser, you just need to refresh the browser page to see the latest content.
Use the documentation to become familiar with the Aisera products, so you can work productively in collaboration with your Aisera team. This is an iterative document, and it will change automatically as updates and improvements are added to the products.
