### Available Filters and Actions&#x20;

You can filter documents based on all available fields displayed on the page.&#x20;

The Search field can be used to locate documents by title.&#x20;

### Available Actions&#x20;

Once documents are generated, users can perform the following actions:&#x20;

* Publish to SOR&#x20;
* Publish to Aisera&#x20;
* Edit the document&#x20;
* Delete the document&#x20;
* View similar documents&#x20;
* Provide feedback&#x20;

### Similarity Check (Deduplication)&#x20;

The similarity check is not available for documents generated through Single document generation. In this case, the document is generated immediately upon clicking the Generate Knowledge button, but deduplication is not performed at that time.&#x20;

When the bulk job run executes, the deduplication process is triggered. During this process, the system evaluates all AI-generated documents including both Bulk and Single documents.&#x20;

After the bulk run, the Similar Documents column will display any matching or similar customer documents identified through the deduplication process&#x20;
