Field

Description

Knowledge Representation

Shows the generated document title (clickable → Navigates to AI Generated document details).

Ticket ID

Displays the Ticket ID (clickable → navigates to ticket details).

Published to Repository

Indicates where the document is published (Aisera or SOR), and user can click on the icon and can navigate to Aisera’s SOR-> knowledge page or external knowledge management system where it is published.

Date

Date of document generation.

Generated By

Email ID of the user who generated the document

Tags

Operational tags for filtering documents.

Template

Template used for document generation.

KB Accuracy Feedback

Feedback on accuracy/usefulness (visible in Document Details page).

Status

Shows document status: Failed, Published, In Progress. Mouse over Failed → View detailed error message (e.g., configuration error, API failure).

Use Cases & Error Messages

Case 1: Workflow Setup Issues

Workflow configuration error. Please review and update the configuration before retrying.

Case 2: Event Configuration Issues

No active event found for the KCS template.

No active event found for the Default template.

The template trigger condition is not configured for the active KCS/Default template event.

Multiple active KCS/Default template events found. Only one active event per template is allowed.

These occur when:

No active events exist.

Trigger conditions are not configured.

Multiple workflows are set up for the same template, which is not allowed.

Case 3: External/API Issues

API failure. Please republish.

Similar Documents

This column contains similar documents found for the specific cluster representatives.

Yes: Indicates that the cluster representative has similar documents among customer crawled documents that are active.

No: Indicates that the cluster representative has no similar crawled customer documents.

Source

Indicates where the document generation was initiated:

From SOR → Tickets: Source = “Tickets”

From Agent Assist: Source = “Agent Assist”

Available Filters and Actions

You can filter documents based on all available fields displayed on the page.

The Search field can be used to locate documents by title.

Available Actions

Once documents are generated, users can perform the following actions:

  • Publish to SOR

  • Publish to Aisera

  • Edit the document

  • Delete the document

  • View similar documents

  • Provide feedback

Similarity Check (Deduplication)

The similarity check is not available for documents generated through Single document generation. In this case, the document is generated immediately upon clicking the Generate Knowledge button, but deduplication is not performed at that time.

When the bulk job run executes, the deduplication process is triggered. During this process, the system evaluates all AI-generated documents including both Bulk and Single documents.

After the bulk run, the Similar Documents column will display any matching or similar customer documents identified through the deduplication process
