To View or Add Conversation Messages

1. Choose Settings > AiseraGPT, and then choose your Copilot from the bots shown on the page.

1. You now see the default conversational phrases that your bot can use. If you’d like to use your own conversational phrases, choose the Import drop-down option from the Actions button, in the upper-right corner.

Import Conversation Messages

The Import command will allow you to choose a file in JSON format to import. Select the ‘Attach’ icon (paper clip) to browse for the file you want to upload.

To export the conversational phrases, choose the Export drop-down option from the Actions button in the upper-right corner. If you don’t select phrases to export, the default is to Export All.

If you don’t want to export ALL of the phrases, select the checkboxes next to the phrases that you want to export, before you click the OK button.

Edit Conversation Messages

To edit a Conversational Phrase, choose the phrase by clicking the checkbox to the left of the phrase and then click the right side of the phrase to enable the Edit button.

Now you will see a dialog box that allows you to modify the phrase.
