Add an Error Handling Flow

1. Choose Settings > AiseraGPT, and then choose your Copilot from the bots shown on the page.

1. Choose the Create New Flow radio button.

1. Type the name of your new flow into the dialog box.

1. Click the OK Button.

2. The name of the Error Handling Flow appears on the summary page for your Copilot.

Add an Existing Error Handling Flow

1. Choose the Use Existing Flow radio button.

1. Select an existing flow from the drop-down list.

1. The name of the Error Handling Flow appears on the summary page for your Copilot.
