# Add a Live Agent

1. Choose Settings > AiseraGPT, and then choose your Copilot from the bots shown on the page.

2. Click the **+ Add Live Agent** button.

3. Select an **Agent** from the available **Agents** pull-down list.

4. Depending on the Agent that you choose for the Integration field, you will see specific connection parameters that you need to include to integrate with that agent.
