Add a Data Source

Now that you've created a virtual assistant, you need to have a source of information for your bot. The data source you use will depend on the purpose of your bot.

When you set the EDP field for your bot, you chose the purpose/type of assistant that you wanted to create.

To Add a Data Source:

1. While you are still viewing your Aisera Copilot Details Window, choose the + Add Data Source button.

1. After you click the + Add Data Source button, you see the list of available data sources. Make sure you choose a data source that corresponds with the EDP that you chose.

1. After you've added a data source, it will show up on the Aisera Copilot Details Window for your virtual assistant.
