# How to Setup AI Ops

The AI Ops application is a version of the Aisera Gen AI Platform that analyzes your large scale data to detect similarities and predict future problems before they occur.\
\
The following sections describe how to create an AI Ops Assistant bot and how to configure an Aisera Potential Issue to track going forward.

Your Aisera AISE onboarding team can run system jobs behind-the-scenes to automate Potential Issue detection based on your exisiting tickets.
